A Message About COVID -19 and What That Means for our Customers
Updated April 3, 2020
Before COVID-19 became the pandemic it is today, Noble activated our Emergency Response Plan to ensure we maintained uninterrupted supply chain management systems. Whether responding to a military deployment, a natural disaster, or this Coronavirus global pandemic, there is no more crucial time to respond quickly with the critical supplies our customers need.
SAFETY IS OUR TOP PRIORITY
With the growing concern about the Coronavirus and its impacts, we want you to know that the health and safety of our employees and customers are our top priority. As the effects of this outbreak continue to evolve, we will share updated protocols as we implement them.
Noble was an early adopter of social distancing by suspending all non-essential business travel and mandating our Boston, Rockland, and Kaiserslautern teams work remotely. We can continue our supply chain management and logistics services without interruption from any location with an internet connection because Noble’s cloud-based systems guarantee 99.5% uptime with redundant off-site backup in real-time on three independent servers at different sites.
New Safety procedures at Noble Warehouses and Storefronts
Our warehouse teams are working 50% on/50% off while keeping up with the increased number of orders from our Federal, state, and local customers. We’ve advised our store and warehouse employees to follow the instructions of their base command and the CDC guideline recommendations regarding personal distancing, hygiene, and personal travel. For each employee working on-site, we issued hand sanitizer and face masks and implemented social distancing guidance for our team and our customers. To date, we are proud to say our whole team is safe and healthy with no COVID-19 infections.
FIGHTING THE CORONAVIRUS TOGETHER
Our purpose is to ensure that those who serve our Nation have all the supplies, gear, and equipment they need to complete their missions. We proudly support our military, medical, and government service professionals and the work they do to ensure our safety and well-being.
