Corey New leads Noble's Defense Logistics Agency accounts, driving strategic direction, developing customer relationships, and streamlining program delivery to ensure excellent performance across the company's DLA contract operations. Noble’s Combat Logistics Programs support U.S. warfighters globally in base operations, deployments, and emergency responses. As the MRO Prime Vendor, Noble provides a wide range of maintenance, repair and operations products, equipment and services along with the tailored logistics to deliver items to the most challenging locations. Through interactions with senior management, supporting organizations, and staff, Corey develops Noble’s multiple TLS MRO Prime Vendor accounts, providing oversight for Noble’s assigned areas of responsibility. He provides leadership for program managers, service representatives, supply chain managers, buyers, and expediters throughout NE and SE CONUS operations and OCONUS operations in AFRICOM, CENTCOM, and EUCOM.
Corey joined Noble in 2018, bringing formidable expertise as a leader of global supply chain and transportation management teams. As General Manager for Penske Logistics, Corey provided oversight for dedicated contract carriage and distribution center management for numerous accounts in addition to financial reporting, process improvements, and health and safety programs. As Distribution Center and Installation Commander for the DLA's largest global storage and distribution center at Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Corey managed 1,700 employees, ten million square feet of warehouse space, and $14 billion in inventory.
A retired U.S. Army Colonel, Corey’s military career included service in both Afghanistan and Iraq. He commanded a U.S. Army Transportation Battalion of over 500 soldiers in Afghanistan and served in key staff positions with the 10th Mountain Division at Fort Drum, NY.
Corey earned an MBA from Indiana University, and a Master of Science in Global Supply Chain Management, also from Indiana University. Additionally, he holds a Master of Arts in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.
