An Air Force veteran and Academy graduate, Jed continues his service in the private sector as President of NOBLE's Soldier Systems and International businesses, helping provide equipment, technology, and services to the U.S. and allied militaries worldwide.

Before joining NOBLE, Jed worked as Vice President and General Manager for Polaris Government and Defense. In his 15 years with the company, Jed oversaw every aspect of the business, from product development, programs, contracts, marketing, sales, business development, and overall business performance for domestic and international military, municipal, and government agencies. The Business Journals recognized Jed's leadership and business acumen as a 40 Under 40 award recipient.

Jed previously worked for the U.S. Air Force as both a civilian and active duty in various finance and budgetary roles. These positions included managing annual budget allocation and expenditures across 20 programs and an Air Force base financial service office.

Since April 2022, Jed has led the NOBLE Soldier Systems and International businesses as a division president providing strategic guidance and oversight following several acquisitions and reorganizations. Jed focuses on tactical and expeditionary markets and global sales channels, including the NOBLE OCONUS team. Additionally, Jed reinforces the team's customer-centric focus to provide value to customers and industry partners with the utmost integrity, a core NOBLE value.

Jed graduated from the United States Air Force Academy and earned his MBA from the University of Colorado. Originally from Minnesota, Jed and his family live in Boulder, Colorado.
