Jeff Dolan leads sales and strategy for Noble’s Government Commerce Division as V.P., Sales and Strategy. Jeff leads both inside and outside sales teams and program management teams. Jeff is responsible for developing effective strategy and execution plans to achieve Noble’s G-Commerce growth and profitability goals while meeting customer contract and compliance requirements. His primary focus is on building teams and processes that are aligned with our keep, grow, expand and take strategies.
Before joining Noble, Jeff was employed at W.W. Grainger Inc., as Regional Sales Vice President responsible for large customer sales in the federal, state, local, and education segments. During his 29-year tenure at Grainger, Jeff held various leadership positions in sales, contract management, operations, customer service, and finance.
Throughout his career, Jeff was instrumental in designing a Federal Service Center, managing base supply stores and securing many state and local contracts. His passions are driving results and developing teams.
Jeff is a graduate of Penn State University and currently lives in Red Lion, Pennsylvania.
