
Jerry Harper
Jerry was named Vice President of Fulfillment in January 2020 and is now responsible for Noble's global warehouse operations. Jerry became part of the Noble team in October 2011 when he started as Noble's first COCESS (Contractor Operated Civil Engineer Supply Store) Store Manager at the Little Rock Air Force Base. He quickly learned how COCESS locations operate and advanced to the position of Director of Mission Support Operations. Jerry was involved in the setup of all 29 Noble store locations worldwide, and in the startup of warehouses in both Frankfurt, DE and Oklahoma City, OK. Today Jerry leads Noble's warehouse team and all pick, pack and ship activities supporting Noble's GSA and DLA contracts.
Before finding his home at Noble, Jerry served in the United States Army where he retired as a Field Artillery First Sergeant. He served as a Recruiter, a Master Gunner, First Sergeant, and a Michigan State Army ROTC Instructor. He is a proud member of the Audie Murphy Club, Major General Aubrie "Red" Newman Awardee, and an Honorary Member of the Order of Saint Barbara. Jerry has been deployed to both Korea and Iraq.
Jerry comes to Noble with over 22 years of experience in taking care of soldiers and supporting the United States Military. He completed his education at Troy University, where he earned his bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Jerry also completed training at the United States Army Sergeant's Major Academy, is a graduate of the Battle Course, and mentored over 100 cadets at Michigan State to become 2nd Lieutenants in the United States Army. He strives daily to help make Noble the best Government Contractor that the Military has ever seen.
