Lee joined Noble in June 2011 with the goal to make Noble the largest storefront operator in the defense and government industry worldwide. As Noble's V.P. of Mission Support, Lee oversees six leadership positions and 80 storefront employees including Okinawan nationals. He interacts daily with Regional Managers, Contracting Officers, Contracting Officer Representatives, and end-users to support base needs and ultimately reduce the cost of readiness.
Since humble beginnings in 2011, Noble Storefronts grew from one small location at Little Rock Air Force Base to dozens of storefront operations worldwide. Lee consistently works on acquiring more storefronts to add to Noble’s global footprint of storefront locations.
Lee’s background includes 22 plus years in MRO. Before joining Noble, Lee worked at Fastenal as a Store Manager, District Manager, and Regional Government Sales Manager servicing over forty military installations over a 10-year period. He also worked at National Industries for the Blind as U.S. ServMart Manager.
Lee joined the military in February 1987 and attained the rank of S-4 Quartermaster. During his time in the military, he was awarded several medals for good conduct, achievements, NCO Professional development, and overseas/national defense medals. The highlight of his military career was receiving a Bronze Star for going above and beyond the call of duty in Desert Shield/Desert Storm.
