Pam joined NOBLE in July 2022 after 20 years of experience in Supply Chain and Procurement across multiple industries.  She is passionate about developing high-performing teams and leaders creating successful supply chains partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver long-term value.

Pam's current priority is leading NOBLE's Supply Chain Management function, overseeing supplier development, category management, procurement, fulfillment, strategy, and analytics in partnership with over 15,000 suppliers. Her Vendor Management team aligns with NOBLE's six primary market focus areas, leveraging deep market expertise to enable low-cost, innovative, and high-quality supply chain solutions for customers. As NOBLE captures new contract awards, Pam and her team leverage the scalable supply chain solutions they have developed to support these opportunities.

Pam brings experience from several Fortune 500 companies, including Amazon, Keurig Dr Pepper, Avon Cosmetics, and Accenture, to her role. She holds a BS in Economics and Policy Studies from Syracuse University and an MBA from NYU's Stern School of Business.

Pam grew up in New England and lives north of Boston with her husband and two children. When not working with the NOBLE team, Pam enjoys running, skiing, and hiking, volunteering as a Town Meeting Member in town government, and supporting her children's busy sports, theater, and school activities.
