
On November 25, 2020, the Department of Defense announced that it has awarded Noble Supply and Logistics a firm-fixed-price contract for facilities maintenance, repair, and operations. The award is a 365-day bridge contract with a $90M ceiling value and a performance completion date of November 28, 2021. Using customers are Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard. The type of appropriation is fiscal 2021 through 2022 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
MRO TLS Prime Vendor SE Zone 2 Bridge Contract
Noble’s bridge contract covers a full line of MRO supplies and incidental services supporting maintenance, repair, and operations of installations in the Southeast Region, Zone 2. This region includes authorized ordering activities in Alabama, Florida, and Mississippi.
Under the contract, Noble also provides tailored logistics support for MRO customers, including

- A single point to consolidate fulfillment of requirements
- 24/7 support
- Custom system integration to support defense ordering requirements
- An infrastructure of base operations and warehouses to maintain supply and facilitate delivery
- Contingency capabilities to cover national emergencies, natural disasters, relief effort, and troop deployments
- Additional services at base locations associated with military public works and civil engineering exercises
Noble consolidates orders, ensures discounted pricing, expedites delivery of materials, and provides enhanced logistics services to meet defense customers' needs.
