
GSA awards Noble a contract for Office Supplies OS4 Requisition Channel | CLIN 0001 | West Coast $75M
On April 29, 2020, Noble was selected to receive a Federal Strategic Sourcing Initiative (FSSI) Office Supplies Fourth Generation (OS4) Requisition Channel award for CLIN 0001- West Coast. Under this contract, Noble will provide general office products, including products produced under the AbilityOne Program and environmentally preferable products. OS4 provides an opportunity for customers to achieve significant savings and meet sustainable acquisition and socioeconomic goals.
CUSTOMERS UNDER THIS CONTRACT
Under this contract, Noble will provide office products to federal customers on the West Coast and outside the continental United States, to customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories. As an FSSI, all Federal agencies may make purchases using this contract, including:
- Department of Navy,
- Department of Air Force,
- Department of Health and Human Services,
- Department of Treasury,
- General Services Administration,
- Small Business Administration,
- Department of Veterans Affairs,
- Federal Aviation Administration, and
- Department of Energy.
BEST-IN-CLASS OFFICE SUPPLY CONTRACT
FSSI OS4 was named a Best-in-Class (BIC) solution by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). The contract vehicle helps federal customers achieve significant savings on their office supply purchases.

CLIN 0001 General Office Products: Office products include, but are not limited to items such as: adding machines and calculators, binding and filing supplies, calendars, personal organizers, and other dated office items, cases and portfolios, computer accessories, computer media, drawing and graphic arts supplies, mailing and shipping supplies, some office furnishings such as clocks, easels, stools, picture frames and wastebaskets, shredders, visual communications and meeting aids, writing instruments, and miscellaneous office supplies such as staplers, paper clips, binder clips, adhesive tape, label makers, rubber stamps, ink, push pins, and paper-hole punchers.
The estimated total award for the Base period plus four option periods is $75M. Period of Performance: Base Period: August 3, 2020 – August 2, 2021, with four one-year option periods following.
