
Noble wins $263M DLA FSG 53 Contract to Provide Global Aviation Hardware and Abrasives Material Support.
On June 28, 2021, the DoD announced that it awarded Noble Supply and Logistics, Rockland, Massachusetts, a $263M fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract for the supply of hardware and abrasives used as spare parts in multiple weapon systems. This Federal Stock Group 53 (FSG 53) material support contract has a three-year base contract with a one-year transition period and two three-year option periods. Customers under the contract are Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Foreign Military, and other authorized government buyers. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency, Aviation, Richmond, Virginia (Contract number SPE4AX-21-D-9407).
Aviation Supply Chain Management
Under the new hardware and abrasives contract, Noble will provide supply chain management to support the Defense Logistics Agency's worldwide customers with the National Stock Numbers (NSNs) that comprise FSG 53. Services include customer direct orders and military retail stock replenishment with expedited (one to three-day) deliveries of items within the contract scope. Orders will be processed through electronic data interchange (EDI) with DLA.
