Our supply chain supports over 250,000 orders annually for customers from DLA, GSA, DoD, FEMA, the State Department, and various State Governments, from our catalog of one million products. The catalog contains industrial and MRO materials as well as office supplies, furniture, and equipment; tactical gear, Jan/San supplies; auto parts; galley products; and safety and tactical equipment. We negotiate volume-based discounts, manufacturer-held inventories, and competitive logistics rates.
LOGISTICS CAPABILITIES
Noble delivers products from our U.S. warehouses, from pre-positioned inventories in Africa, Asia, and Europe, and through local direct purchases. Using multiple supply routes, Noble transports goods from our facilities to the contract-specified warehouses and staging areas using compliant labeling, staging, and shipping. Most orders are filled with U.S. manufactured products shipped from our warehouses or directly from the manufacturer to our customer's site. We also receive requests for quotes daily for locally sourced products to meet tight schedules or local requirements.

To meet demands for the quick turnaround of a wide range of products for our customers in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and the Pacific Rim, Noble established subsidiaries in Germany, Djibouti, Kazakhstan, and Okinawa, as well as facilities across the continental U.S., Hawaii, and Guam. We have agreements with logistics partners around the world to lease warehouse space quickly, subcontract their trained staff to support surge requirements, and maintain inventories for specific requirements. With more than 4,000,000 sf available, we can ramp up to respond to our customers' needs and ramp down to maintain consistent pricing for our services.
STOREFRONT EXPERTISE
Noble manages storefront operations for NAVFAC, DLA, and the U.S. Air Force, as well as e-commerce support to more than 225,000 U.S. Government and Military customers worldwide. In addition to brick and mortar stores, we manage hazmat within Government systems, Government-owned material, and warehousing under a variety of contract vehicles.
Noble Storefronts offer inventory, sales support, product expertise, special orders for commodities, parts, small equipment, paints and solvents, and our full range of products. Our in-store customers are greeted by Noble's experienced staff who offer in-person customer service, including product recommendations based on project requirements.
The retail staff assist customers with product selection, explain how the various products work, and finalize purchases. They are responsible for in-store merchandising, including a professional presentation of products, organized shelves, and neat appearance. The store staff enter sales into our e-commerce system, ALPHA. They provide point-of-sales services that include issuing receipts, processing returns, managing warranty programs, handling product returns, and communicating backorder, delivery schedule, receipt, and special-order status information to customers.
NOBLE’S ALPHA E-COMMERCE SYSTEM
For all activities, we offer ALPHA, a proprietary custom application for EDI, total asset visibility, real-time inventory, streamlined invoicing, quoting, sourcing, and tracking. ALPHA is a full-featured web-based inventory procurement and e-commerce solution designed with government customers in mind. It offers advanced search and navigation, multiple payment options, product comparison and reviews, RFQ requests, contract pricing, complete order history, and real-time shipment status.
