State of Florida Issues NASPO ValuePoint Contract to Noble for Facilities MRO & Industrial Supplies
The Department of Management Services, an agency of the State of Florida, awards Noble a contract for statewide purchasing of facilities maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) and industrial supplies.

Noble Wins MHEC Contract for Collaborative Purchasing of HVAC Products and Services.
The Massachusetts Higher Education Consortium (MHEC) awards Noble a contract to provide motors, pumps, compressors, controls, and HVAC products and services to its members throughout New England. The agreement offers collaborative purchasing on many brands of HVAC equipment with 25% off the manufacturer's list price for all member institutions, faculty, staff, and students. Installation and services are also available under this contract. The MHEC contract (no. MC12-G03) is in effect 09/01/2021 through 8/31/2024.

The U.S. General Services Administration issues Noble an award under the MRO Requisition Channel Gen 2. The single-award, firm-fixed price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) contains a one-year base period (11/9/2021 - 11/8/2022) and four one-year option periods. Under the contract, Noble fulfills 1184 National Stock Numbers (NSNs) of MRO items purchased through GSA Global Supply by GSA customers within CONUS East Coast and West Coast locations. NAVSUP Pearl Harbor Awards Noble Hawaii Industrial Supply Store Contract | $38M
NAVSUP PearlHarbor, Hawaii, re-awards Noble a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) single-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for an Industrial Supply Store to cover a wide range of materials and supplies supporting NAVFAC Hawaii's Shop Stores. Noble provides all labor, material, and equipment to manage and operate a "turn-key" supply store comparable to a full-service, commercial hardware store with a product line of more than 25,000 products. Supplies are provided under GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) 332510 Hardware Manufacturing. Services performed include providing a full-service, walk-in/walk-out commercial retail operation with Noble-owned/managed inventory. Store management and personnel are onsite to provide customer support for the NAVFAC, which encompasses the Pearl Harbor-Hickam Region and Leeward, Windward Oahu, and Barking Sands, Kauai. Additionally, Noble offers e-commerce services in Hawaii to Navy, Marine Corps, DoD, and other federal agency clients, including an e-commerce platform for ordering "next-day" available items.

Noble wins DLA Global Aviation FSG 53 Contract | $1B
DLA awards Noble Supply and Logistics a fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract to supply hardware and abrasives used as spare parts in multiple weapons systems, having an estimated $1,036,173,501 total contract value. The Federal Stock Group 53 (FSG 53) material support contract has a three-year base contract with a one-year transition period and two three-year option periods. Customers under the contract are Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Foreign Military, and other authorized government buyers. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency, Aviation, Richmond, Virginia (Contract number SPE4AX-21-D-9407).
Under the contract, Noble provides supply chain management to support the Defense Logistics Agency's worldwide customers with the National Stock Numbers (NSNs) that comprise FSG 53. Services include customer direct orders and military retail stock replenishment with expedited (one to three-day) deliveries of items within the contract scope.

The contract is a single award, firm-fixed-price Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity contract for supplying MRO items to DLA customers located in Europe Zone 1. The using customers are Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and NATO.
Under the contract, Noble assumes logistical responsibility for providing maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) supplies to the European Command (EUCOM) or African Command (AFRICOM) Areas of Responsibility. Noble’s bridge contract covers a full line of MRO supplies and incidental services supporting maintenance, repair, and operations of installations in the Southeast Region, Zone 2. This region includes authorized ordering activities in Alabama, Florida, and Mississippi. Under the contract, Noble also provides tailored logistics support for MRO customers.

Noble is awarded a contract by the Massachusetts Higher Education Consortium (MHEC) to provide Custodial Cleaning Equipment and Supplies to Consortium members throughout New England.
Under the contract, Noble will provide a range of maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) supplies and equipment, including cleaners and chemicals, hand sanitizers, PPE, cleaning equipment, social distance signage, spill containment, trash and waste receptacles, vacuums, tools, material handling equipment, and other products.

Under the contract, Noble provides all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to operate and maintain the COHS during duty hours in all stores, appliance warehouses, tool cribs, and supply warehouses located at Camp Foster, Camp Kinser, Camp Courtney and Kadena Air Base, Okinawa Japan. Noble orders, issues, delivers, and stores equipment, parts, and supplies for construction, repair, and facility maintenance for use by authorized government employees and Military Family Housing (MFH) residents. The ordering period is 10/1/2020 through 9/20/2022.

USAF Awards COCESS Contract for Operations at Hurlburt Field, FL | $11M
Noble is awarded a 5-year contract for a retail storefront at Hurlburt Field, Florida. Under this award, Noble assumes operations for a Contractor Operated Civil Engineer Supply Store (COCESS) supporting USAF Civil Engineer Squadron (CES) personnel and Facility Managers at Hurlburt Field. Noble issues and delivers materials, tools, and equipment and provides labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, transportation, and materials necessary for the retail operation.
The indefinite-quantity contract allows sales of Firm Fixed-Price items with a maximum ceiling value of $11M. All work will be performed at Hurlburt Field, Florida. The ordering period is October 1, 2020, through September 30, 2025.

DLA Awards Bridge Contract for MRO Tailored Logistics Support Program in Europe | $93M
DLA Troop Support Europe and Africa awarded a non-competitive Tailored Logistics Support (TLS) contract with a maximum dollar value of $93 million for Maintenance, Repair, and Operation (MRO) requirements in the Europe Zone 1 (North of the Alps) Area of Responsibility (AOR) to Noble Supply and Logistics. The MRO products included in this contract include commercial items associated with facility maintenance, repair, and operation. The tailored logistics support provided under the agreement consists of MRO-related incidental services.
The award will be effective from September 1, 2020, to July 19, 2021. The third bridge contract for contract SPE5B1-15-D-0001 is awarded based on prematurely reaching the maximum ceiling of the previous bridge contract.

USPS Extends Contract with Noble for the Supply of Buildings & Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Products
USPS grants an extension to its two contracts with Noble through a contract modification issued on May 11. Under these contracts, Noble provides a catalog of essential items on the Postal Service's web-based purchasing system, eBuyPlus. The primary MRO customers are the 800 "Maintenance Capable" mail processing facilities and vehicle maintenance facilities throughout the U.S., Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, in addition to post offices of various sizes across the country. The modification extends the period of performance (POP) for up to ten months by changing the POP end date from 5/12/20 to 3/12/21.

Noble Wins Contract to Provide COVID-19 Facility Cleaning | $120K
USAF awards Noble a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for up to $120,000 to provide COVID-19 facility cleaning services at Aviano Air Base in northeastern Italy. The BPA is Noble's second cleaning services contract awarded for services at Aviano Air Base. The BPA allows Noble to provide COVID-19 cleaning to authorized customers. Noble will perform the work under a permit from the Italian Inspectorate of Labor in accordance with the Italian Ministry of Health regulations.

NAVSUP FLC, Norfolk Awards Noble $30M IDIQ Contract to Operate Industrial Supply Stores at NSA Crane
Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center, Norfolk VA, awards Noble a $30,000,000 indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity, fixed-price contract. Noble is chosen from five competitive solicitations submitted. Under this contract, Noble will operate two commercial retail stores at Naval Support Activity (NSA) Crane, Indiana. These Noble Storefronts will provide onsite bench stock, automated forecasting, demand planning, inventory management, supplier onboarding, and customer service to authorized purchasers within the Naval Facilities Command Public Works Department. Noble will also maintain a customized e-commerce website for customers on base.
The contract includes a five-year base period with an option to extend services for six months. All work will be performed in Crane, Indiana. Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center, Norfolk, Contracting Department, Norfolk, Virginia, is the contracting activity. The ordering period is expected to be completed by January 2025; if the option is exercised, work will be completed by July 2025.

Noble's contract includes two new Enhanced SINS: Special Item Number 75-220 for Federal Agencies, DoD, and other authorized government purchasers within the United States; and Special Item Number 75-280 for overseas destinations, the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Spain, and Poland. The base period of performance begins on 08/05/2019 and ends on 08/04/2024, with a potential of three (5) year options to follow.

The General Services Administration awards Noble a Schedule 51V contract for the period August 5, 2019, through August 4, 2024. The estimated contract value for the base period is $106,500,000. GSA Awards Noble BPA for Maintenance Repair Facilities Supplies
The U.S. Federal Government spends almost $2.8 billion per year on maintenance, repair, janitorial, and sanitation products, according to GSA. Noble's new Maintenance Repair Facilities Supplies (MRFS) contract is a Blanket Purchase Agreement. Under the BPA, Noble will offer a variety of items such as nuts, bolts, tools, tool cabinets, hoses, valves, paints, safety equipment, generators, cleaning products, cleaning equipment, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dispensers, etc. Noble's product offerings under this contract are TAA compliant, contain items from diverse socio-economic suppliers, and feature many AbilityOne® products and green product offerings.
The BPA makes it easy for government agencies to purchase MRFS commodities while remaining compliant with government regulations and mandates. Customers can make purchases through GSA Advantage, DoD FedMall, or directly from Noble. The contract period is 7/12/19 - 6/20/20.

The contract includes a 12-month base period, four one-year option periods, and a six-month extension, which if exercised, the total value of this contract will be $79,409,916.
