Cindy leads a team dedicated to delivering mission-critical and aircraft-readiness solutions. NOBLE's aerospace team offers expertise in a range of products and contract vehicles tailored to meet the government's aviation needs.
Cindy Mattingly is Vice President of Aerospace at NOBLE. Her Aerospace team provides rapid acquisition through multiple procurement channels, offering greater flexibility for customers. Whether the requirement involves warfighter readiness, Uncrewed Aerial Systems, aviation sustainment, support equipment, test and evaluation, simulation, or modernization, Cindy and her team are ready to support.
Prior to joining NOBLE, Cindy spent over sixteen years in the industry, supporting Navy and Marine Corps aviation programmatic initiatives. Through her experience, she garnered extensive insight into the acquisition process for effectively managing cost, schedule, and performance requirements. Furthermore, her background in marketing and strategic communications has given her a strong understanding of the importance of engaging with industry professionals, external stakeholders, and the public on policy and opinion matters. Through her experience, she has gained expertise in fostering strategic relationships and contributing to the success of her industry partners.
Her dedication to the aviation industry and the military is a value that is deeply ingrained within her immediate family, which includes two Naval Aviators, a Navy Reserve intelligence officer, and the COS for Skapa, a division of SAAB.
Cindy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of West Florida and a Master of Science degree from the University of Oklahoma.
