Keith Bauder is Vice President of the CBRNE/EOD domain at NOBLE. He leads a team of subject matter experts with both technical and operational expertise. Keith’s CBRNE team offers products, services, and training that address global security concerns, as well as Department of Defense, Homeland Security, and other government initiatives. The team is well-versed in the latest innovations in detection, identification, and protection technologies. Additionally, it facilitates the development of CBRNE standards and fosters collaborations with private entities and research organizations. Under Keith's direction, the team has established services for the acquisition and life cycle sustainment of CBRNE equipment, which include assistance with product selection, choice of contract vehicle, fielding, training, technical support, equipment management, and modernization programs.

Keith is a distinguished authority in the command and control of CBRNE/EOD response entities. He has extensive military experience in the procurement, deployment, operation, and sustainment of CBRNE/EOD capabilities. Keith's military career began as a Civil Engineer in the Air Force, where he mastered product and procurement life cycles. He stood up and commanded the 61st WMD CST in Arkansas, gaining expertise in CBRN operations. His final role was the WMD-CST Branch Chief of the CWMD Division at the National Guard Bureau. Now retired from the military, Keith continues to support our military and CBRNE/EOD missions through his role at NOBLE.

Keith holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Lehigh University and is a Licensed Professional Engineer and a Project Management Professional.
