Qualified attendees include active duty military, federal/state/local government agencies, law enforcement and first responders. Military and government attendees must present official government-issued identification. Registration is not open to retired military, spouses or children. Foreign nationals must pre-register in advance and cannot register onsite at this event. NOBLE West Coast Expo is a Widely Attended Gathering (WAG) – consult your agency ethics official for any questions or advice about Government ethics rules.

*Special access registration is open to employees from government contractors, sector interest groups, and private enterprises associated with the Defense, Intelligence, Federal, State, Local, and Commercial Critical Infrastructure sectors.
