A key member of Noble's executive management team, Denis Murphy assumes a strategic role in the overall management of Noble, as well as the primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities. As CFO, this includes direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning and legal.
Before joining Noble, Denis was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Lighting Science Group Corporation (OTCMKTS: LSCG). Previously, he held positions as the Chief Financial Officer for Sprout Health Group and the Vice President of Summit Partner’s Portfolio Performance Group. He also served as Chief Financial Officer for MediaTek Wireless and Controller of MediaTek’s (TPE: 2454) U.S. & European operations. Earlier in his career, Denis held several senior finance roles with Analog Devices (NASDAQ: ADI), including Controller of the RF & Wireless Systems Business Group, Controller for the DSP Product Lines and Corporate Finance Manager.
Denis received an MBA from Bentley University, a BA in Economics from the University of Massachusetts, and is a CPA.
