Barbara Tyrrell has led complex federal proposal teams and diverse capture projects, including establishing and managing proposal centers in the United States and Europe.

For more than 25 years, Barbara has trained dozens of organizations on proposal writing and capture management leading to more than $10 billion in contract wins. She led winning proposal efforts for a wide range of contracts, from environmental engineering to shipbuilding to rocket production for companies including SAIC, EADS, Northup Grumman, ITT, ATK Thiokol, and TWI.

Barbara Tyrrell joined the NOBLE Team in 2010, leading the first competitive proposal efforts for the company as NOBLE expanded its customer base and core competencies. Since joining, Barbara has worked with senior leadership to develop growth strategies, identify new marketplaces, create capture and proposal plans, and pursue new customers. She leads the Capture & Proposal Team and its efforts, working to expand our international portfolio.

Barbara lives in Cheyenne, Wyoming, with her husband and two Labrador retrievers, Jackson and Rosie. When not working on proposals, she sneaks away to read in front of the fire and enjoys cooking for friends and family.
