Jay is a skilled leader with a track record of driving digital traffic and sales growth at top companies such as Wayfair, PUMA, and DICK's Sporting Goods. He excels in collaborating on global brand launches, onboarding new systems, and developing long-term strategy with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and data-driven measurement.
In 2022, Jay joined NOBLE as the digital and marketing leader, where he is leading the rebranding and consolidation of marketing systems and processes to better showcase the company's expanding capabilities. His inclusive style allows him to draw innovative ideas from team members across the organization and engage in critical strategic discussions with customer-facing sales leaders, vendor partners, and human resources.
Outside of work, Jay is a native of Boston and enjoys spending time with his Aussiedoodle Reilly, jogging along the Charles River Esplanade, and traveling to new countries. He is a lifelong learner, having completed his B.A. at Bowdoin College and his MBA at Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management. In his free time, he enjoys reading and listening to audiobooks, as well as spending time with his family on Cape Cod.
