Vincent L Griffith Chief Growth Officer & EVP Global Programs
As Chief Growth Officer and Executive Vice President of Global Programs, Vince is responsible for growth across NOBLE's six domains of expertise (Aerospace, C5ISR, CBRNE, Expeditionary, MRO, and Tactical). In addition, he oversees supply chain services under the company's Global Programs. Vince and his team ensure that NOBLE's products and services promote mission readiness for our customers at home and abroad.
As Chief Growth Officer and Executive Vice President of Global Programs, Vince is responsible for growth across NOBLE's six domains of expertise (Aerospace, C5ISR, CBRNE, Expeditionary, MRO, and Tactical). In addition, he oversees supply chain services under the company's Global Programs. Vince and his team ensure that NOBLE's products and services promote mission readiness for our customers at home and abroad.
With over 30 years of military leadership experience, Vince is responsible for ensuring that the supply chain and mission support requirements of the U.S. military and various government organizations are met and readiness is maintained. In addition to his responsibilities at NOBLE, Vince plays a crucial role in developing the company's corporate growth strategy and business processes and works to strengthen and support relationships with government and business partners.
Before joining NOBLE, Vince served as the Director of Logistics Operations for the Defense Logistics Agency, where he managed the development of major policies and programs for the $41 billion agency supporting the nation's servicemembers. He is a U.S. Navy Two-Star Admiral with a distinguished career and a strong commitment to service.
In addition to his professional responsibilities, Vince is a member of the Board of Directors at Berry College and serves as Treasurer for the Naval Historical Foundation. He holds an MBA from George Washington University and a B.S. from Berry College and is a past member of the Defense Acquisition Corps. Vince has also been a speaker and panelist at numerous DoD forums.
