As Chief Growth Officer and Executive Vice President of Global Programs, Vince Griffith's leadership spans DLA Construction & Equipment Single Award MRO programs, DLA Aviation FSG programs, GSA and USPS programs, OCONUS programs, and Storefront operations. Vince is responsible for ensuring that the supply chain and mission support requirements of the U.S. Military and Federal Government organizations are met, and readiness is maintained. Vince's strategic vision and leadership play a pivotal role in shaping NOBLE's corporate growth strategy and business processes. He also works to strengthen and support relationships with NOBLE’s government and business partners.
Before joining NOBLE, Vince had over 30 years of military leadership experience. He served as the Director of Logistics Operations for the Defense Logistics Agency, where he had a significant influence in managing the development of major policies and programs for the $41 billion agency supporting the nation's servicemembers. His role as a U.S. Navy Two-Star Admiral is a testament to his distinguished career and strong commitment to service, inspiring others with his dedication.
In addition to his professional responsibilities, Vince is a member of the Berry College Board of Directors and the Virginia Board of Veterans Services. He holds an MBA from George Washington University and a B.S. from Berry College and is a past member of the Defense Acquisition Corps. Vince has also been a speaker and panelist at numerous DoD forums.
