After a two-year absence, NCT USA returns to Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) in Maryland, bringing together military leaders, government agencies, first responders, researchers and defense industry partners to address evolving chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear (CBRN) threats.

Organized in partnership with the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Chemical Biological Center (DEVCOM CBC) and chaired by Brigadier General (Ret.) William King, NCT USA 2026 provides a forum for sharing operational experience, evaluating emerging CBRN technologies and discussing the strategic developments shaping the future of CBRN defense, emergency response and homeland security.

Aberdeen Proving Ground serves as a center of the U.S. Army’s CBRN enterprise and is home to several of the nation’s leading CBRN defense organizations, including:

This location gives attendees direct access to military leadership, federal agencies, scientists, researchers and industry experts working at the forefront of CBRN readiness.

The NCT USA 2026 conference program will examine key priorities across the CBRN mission, including emergency response, decontamination, mass protection, early-warning and detection systems, biosurveillance, medical countermeasures, artificial intelligence in CBRN operations, homeland security and explosives response.

Through expert presentations, panel discussions and networking opportunities, NCT USA connects policymakers, operators, scientists and technology providers to exchange knowledge, identify capability gaps and strengthen preparedness against current and emerging CBRN threats.
