Mike Evans is Executive Vice President of Defense and Federal Solutions at NOBLE, where he leads strategy, growth, and execution for federal and defense clients. He expands NOBLE’s government presence, builds partnerships with military and federal agencies, and delivers innovative products and services that support national security and operational readiness.

Mike has over 30 years of distinguished military service in the United States Army, culminating in senior enlisted leadership roles, including Command Sergeant Major for large-scale operational and training organizations. He advised senior commanders, led complex operations domestically and abroad, and mentored future noncommissioned officers. He was awarded three Bronze Star Medals, including one for valor, in recognition of his outstanding leadership.

After retiring from the military, Mike moved into executive leadership in the defense industry, driving growth, building top-performing teams, and strengthening customer relationships in federal markets. Before joining NOBLE, he was Vice President of Global Sales at Revision Military, leading international sales strategy and execution. He also served as Director of Domestic Sales and Marketing and Director of Sales at Revision Military. Previously, as Army West Manager at ADS, Inc., he supported major Army commands and managed regional sales in the U.S. and abroad.

Mike is known for disciplined leadership and operational expertise, aligning business strategies with mission-critical requirements. He manages complex stakeholder environments, develops scalable growth strategies, and delivers results in regulated, competitive sectors.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Excelsior College. He and his wife, Cheryl, live in Nixa, Missouri, with their lab, Riley. Outside of work, he enjoys outdoor activities, including fishing and hunting, and visits his three children, two of whom support the DoW.
