The WEXMAC 2.0 and WEXMAC 2.1 TITUS contracts are Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicles developed by the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP). They provide expeditionary support services to the U.S. Department of Defense and federal agencies. Designed to simplify and improve procurement processes, these contracts offer a streamlined way for the U.S. military and federal agencies to acquire essential goods and services globally. This includes support for humanitarian assistance, disaster relief, and other military operations.
About NOBLE's WEXMAC Contracts
NOBLE’s WEXMAC 2.0 contract provides humanitarian assistance, disaster relief, contingency operations, exercises, and ashore support in Eastern Europe and Western Asia, Western Europe, Japan, and the Philippines.
The WEXMAC 2.1 initiative focuses explicitly on emerging requirements for the Territorial Integrity of the United States (TITUS). It provides expeditionary delivery of products and services in the Contiguous United States (CONUS) and Alaska.
Awarded Regions
Region 9: Eastern Europe & Western Asia
Region 9 includes: Albania, Belarus, Cyprus, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Kosova, Croatia, Estonia, Moldova, Greece, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Romania, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Georgia, Czech Republic, Montenegro, Poland, Ukraine, Hungary, Latvia, and Lithuania.
Region 12: Japan
NOBLE delivers a range of products and services to these locations, including logistics management, material handling, lodging, life support, force protection, communications, transportation, training, and other services, along with food, clothing, petroleum, fortification materials, personal items, and medical supplies.
Region 10: Eastern Europe & Western Asia
Region 10 includes Austria, France, Malta, Spain, Andorra, Germany, Liechtenstein, Sweden, Belgium, Iceland, Netherlands, Switzerland, Faroe Islands, Ireland, Norway, Gibraltar, Denmark, Italy, Portugal, United Kingdom, Finland, Luxembourg, and San Marino
Region 17: Philippines
TITUS Region: Territorial Integrity of the United States
The TITUS Region includes the Contiguous United States (CONUS) and Alaska.
Products & Services included under the WEXMAC contracts
NOBLE delivers a range of products and services to authorized customers, including logistics management, material handling, lodging, life support, force protection, communications, transportation, training, and other services, along with food, clothing, petroleum, fortification materials, personal items, and medical supplies.
WEXMAC Authorized Customers and Areas of Support
WEXMAC supports the Geographic Combatant Command’s (GCC) joint operations, coalition partners, and other United States Federal Agencies in setting and sustaining the theater through the following requirements:
- Theater Opening (includes reception, staging, onward-movement, and integration (RSOI) support
- Sustainment
- Theater Distribution
- Stability Operations and Defense Support of Civil Authorities (DSCA) support
The WEXMAC services and supplies provided through the contract include, but are not limited to

Additionally, NOBLE provides management and integration services to incorporate one or more SUBCLIN(s), identified ELIN(s), and reserved ELIN(s) at the task order level.
