Logistics and supply chain support
NOBLE specializes in managing complex logistics to streamline the procurement process for the Army through several key programs:
- Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Tailored Logistics Support (TLS) Program: Under a $33 billion contract, NOBLE provides comprehensive logistics for the DLA's Special Operational Equipment (SOE).
- Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO): NOBLE holds DLA contracts for MRO supplies and services, valued at up to $1.9 billion for the Northeast Zone 2 region alone. MRO services include providing construction, electrical, HVAC, plumbing supplies, and other items to Army facilities.
- Forward Repair System: NOBLE was awarded a $95 million Army contract in April 2025 for the Forward Repair System M7A1 Tool Load program.

Tactical and expeditionary gear
For tactical and field operations, NOBLE supplies a broad array of equipment through its supply chain and global distribution network:
- Expeditionary Support: The company provides operational solutions for forces in extreme or austere environments.

- Army JPEO CBRND Contract: In June 2025, NOBLE received a $500 million Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to supply the U.S. Army's Joint Program Executive Office for CBRNE.
- CBRNE Products: The contract covers a range of COTS items, including personal protective equipment (PPE), detection and monitoring instruments, and decontamination supplies.
- Training: NOBLE provides ancillary training and equipment life-cycle support for CBRNE defense.

C5ISR solutions
Tailored solutions: NOBLE provides innovative C5ISR (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance) solutions in areas such as:
