NCT USA & Pro eXperience 2026

September 2–3, 2026

Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), Edgewood, Maryland

The NCT CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear) 2026 conference series, organized by the CBRNe Society, is a globally recognized series of regional summits designed for military personnel, first responders, government agencies, and industry-leading experts. Its flagship North American event, NCT USA 2026, will be held at Aberdeen Proving Ground in Edgewood, Maryland, on September 2-3, 2026. APG is the home of the U.S. Army’s CBRN enterprise. Hosting the event here connects delegates with the DEVCOM Chemical Biological Center (CBC), the 20th CBRNE Command, and the Joint Program Executive Office for CBRN Defense (JPEO-CBRND).

Chaired by Brigadier General (Ret.) William King, the presentations will focus on leveraging robotics, unmanned systems, and AI for threat mitigation; next-generation early warning systems and biosurveillance; advanced decontamination, mass protection, and medical countermeasures; and frameworks to secure homeland infrastructure.

Unlike static business-to-business expos, the NCT series is built around the PRO eXperience/PRO Challenge framework. While strategic policy lectures take place inside, civil and military first responders simultaneously conduct field exercises outdoors, using cutting-edge detection kits, field analysis tools, and medical response gear.

NOBLE®, along with its training and technical services division NOBLE IQTM, provides mission-critical procurement, full lifecycle support, and highly specialized field training for the military, homeland security, and first responder audiences attending the NCT CBRN conferences. As a premier prime contractor for the U.S. Military (including major JPEO-CBRND Commercial Solutions contracts), NOBLE streamlines the acquisition of advanced defense technologies. We source from our supply chain of over 15,000 global suppliers to provide a range of products and solutions for CBRNE defense.

Connect with NOBLE at NCT USA Booth #1-3 to see live demonstrations from the following manufacturers and speak with representatives. We invite you to pre-schedule a meeting with us to discuss how we can support your needs.

LifeLens Technologies developed a wearable platform for real-time monitoring of physiological and environmental hazards in contaminated zones. Created under the U.S. Army’s Wearable All-Hazard Remote Monitoring Program (WARP) with the Joint Project Manager for CBRN Special Operations Forces (JPM CBRN SOF), the LifeLens Ascent Platform features a hypoallergenic, stretchable smart patch applied to the skin and a compact gateway device. This system provides CBRN early warning and clinical-grade biometric data, using AI and machine learning to detect early signs of chemical or biological exposure. It streams vital health and exposure data to command posts, enabling leaders to visualize squad health, identify at-risk personnel, and make rapid, informed medical or evacuation decisions. Successfully tested in military environments, LifeLens is being scaled for Pentagon-wide adoption.

Recon Robotics offers ultra-rugged, throwable micro-robotic reconnaissance systems like the Throwbot® 2 (TB2), designed to enter contaminated or hostile zones ahead of personnel. Acting as mechanical scouts, these robots provide military teams, bomb squads, and civil support units with immediate situational awareness without risking operator exposure. The TB2 can be thrown through windows or onto concrete and delivers near-silent, infrared-enabled navigation with real-time video and audio transmission up to 450 feet. Its modular design supports CBRN sensors, carry-and-tow kits, obstacle conversion kits, and SearchStick™ deployment for inspecting hard-to-reach areas, ensuring adaptability to evolving field threats.

Scatr Inc., a Canadian leader in chemical identification, partners with first responders and federal agencies to enhance CBRNE detection. Its flagship Series One field-deployable Raman analyzer delivers automated Raman mapping for laboratory-level identification of complex samples and uses advanced 1064nm laser optics to suppress fluorescence, enabling rapid, accurate detection of threats like fentanyl. Series One is fully networked, syncing field data in real time with commanders and labs to deliver actionable toxicological insights. Additional offerings include the Series Two handheld analyzer, the Series Two Plus with integrated robotic mapping, and the Forensic Drug Intelligence Platform that consolidates results from multiple detection methods, including field detectors, test strips, and lab instruments, into a single integrated intelligence solution.

Honeywell RAE Systems provides advanced wireless gas and radiation detection solutions for hazardous environments. Their MultiRAE Series handheld detectors monitor up to six threats, including VOCs, toxic gases, oxygen, and radiation, with interchangeable sensors and glove-friendly designs. AreaRAE Pro & Plus transportable monitors enable rapid perimeter containment by detecting multiple hazards and integrating weather stations and mesh connectivity to link field units across large areas. The ConneXt & Safety Suite delivers real-time telemetry, remote command access, instant "Man-Down" alerts, and automated maintenance, ensuring fast response, situational awareness, and reliable sensor operation in demanding field conditions.

Star-Batt delivers mission-critical portable power and off-grid satellite connectivity for CBRN and first responder teams, transforming the Starlink® Mini terminal into a combat-ready communication hub. The Star-Batt Plus Power Pack features six hot-swappable 96Wh batteries compliant with FAA air travel limits, a rugged watertight case, and secure network interfacing for field operations. The compact Star-Batt Mini Power Pack offers quick vehicle transfer and up to 24 hours of off-grid runtime, with fast charging for essential devices. Both solutions support integration with tactical radios for secure satellite telemetry and can be paired with a 160W folding solar panel for continuous, sustainable power in the field.

In addition to products and services from these featured suppliers, NOBLE supports the CBRNE defense community in four key areas:

1. CBRNE Equipment Procurement & Sourcing

  • Detection & Area Monitoring: Portable gas detectors, wireless chemical monitors, and radiation sensors
  • Personal Protection & Mitigation: Advanced chemical suits, respirators, decontamination sprayers, and neutralization solutions
  • Tactical Autonomous Systems: NDAA-compliant AI search drones for rapid reconnaissance and layered Counter-UAS (C-UAS) defense systems to jam unauthorized field threats

2.    Expert-Led Field Training by NOBLE IQ

Through the patented HazMatIQ™ training curricula, NOBLE IQ delivers the "Gold Standard" in practical responder instructions:

  • Mission-Specific Onboarding: Hands-on training that teaches operators how to move rapidly from unboxing advanced tech to active deployment in a hot zone.
  • Threat Validation: Immersive training that teaches responders how to accurately read analytical equipment under stress, safely sample toxic materials, and make informed tactical decisions.

3.    Technical Maintenance & Reach-Back Support

CBRN equipment is incredibly precise and easily fouled in active zones. NOBLE IQ operates a specialized Lexington, Kentucky operations center to provide:

  • 24/7 SME Reach-Back: Responders in the field can access subject matter experts round-the-clock for real-time equipment troubleshooting and data interpretation.
  • Laboratory Calibration & Repair: OEM-certified repair and calibration for intricate analytical machinery, respiratory systems, and handheld sensors.

4.    Asset Management via ReadiTrak®

For logistics officers managing massive fleets of detectors across multiple bases or response units, NOBLE IQ provides ReadiTrak. This proprietary, web-based instrument management system tracks equipment calibration schedules, maintenance history, firmware updates, sensor health, and individual operator training status.
