ORQA U.S. operates as an independent, U.S.-owned and controlled defense technology company. The company’s strategic footprint and product suite for the American military market are organized around several core offerings.

Tactical Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS)

ORQA creates affordable, high-performance drones suited for training, tactical use, and counter-drone or strike missions.
•    MRM1-5: Scalable, cost-effective FPV training drone.
•    MRM2-10: Rugged, NDAA-compliant, EW-resilient tactical drone.
•    Dream X: Versatile enterprise and reconnaissance drone.

Vertically Integrated Internal Components

ORQA is a full-stack developer that manufactures all components in-house.
•    Flight Controllers & PCBs: Custom circuit boards and processors designed to resist electronic attacks.
•    Tactical Radios & Cameras: Custom cameras and secure, encrypted radios.
•    Mechanical Parts & Motors: Proprietary brushless propulsion systems optimized for speed and payload efficiency.

Premium FPV Goggles & "Remote Reality" Visual Systems

ORQA gained international recognition for its military-grade tactical headsets, which serve as the primary interface for pilots operating in complex mission environments. Its OLED tactical goggles feature dual 1280x960 displays, head-tracking, and a modular system for real-time situational awareness.

Alignment with Key Pentagon Programs

ORQA U.S. aligns its product and scaling approach with established U.S. defense procurement processes.
The Drone Dominance Program: ORQA U.S. targets large-scale, high-rate production (aiming to rapidly deliver thousands of compliant systems) to support the Department of War's autonomous swarm and drone dominance initiatives.
The Replicator Program: The company’s validated, mass-producible drone designs align with the Pentagon’s requirements for thousands of low-cost autonomous systems to address evolving military challenges.

"Made in the USA" & Regulatory Compliance

Zero Chinese Components: ORQA’s supply chain is fully sovereign, with no components sourced from China. This ensures compliance with the American Security Drone Act (ASDA) and National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), while mitigating risks associated with geopolitical tensions.

Domestic Manufacturing: ORQA U.S. builds defense technology in a 180,000-square-foot facility in Port Orange, Florida, meeting Department of War (DOW) standards. The company also has a manufacturing partnership with Red River Army Depot in Texas as part of the U.S. Army's SkyFoundry initiative to mass-produce American unmanned aerial systems (UAS).

NOBLE’s Role

Noble Supply & Logistics (NOBLE) supports the purchase and deployment of ORQA U.S. and allied tactical drone products in Korea primarily through its role as a prime contractor under major Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) contract vehicles. For U.S. Forces Korea (USFK) units, United Nations Command, and allied personnel stationed in the region, NOBLE International serves as a streamlined, rapid-procurement bridge that simplifies international logistics, regulatory hurdles, and supply chain fulfillment.

Access to Key Federal Contract Vehicles

Units in Korea can acquire ORQA technology without separate contract negotiations. They purchase through specific, predefined DLA programs designed for streamlined acquisition.

DLA Special Operational Equipment (SOE) TLS Program: NOBLE is a prime contractor on this $33 billion IDIQ contract vehicle. ORQA’s FPV goggles, tactical training UAS (MRM1-5), and EW-resilient drones qualify as Tactical, Aerospace, and C5ISR equipment. USFK units can purchase these items directly through pre-approved SOE channels. NOBLE manages all contract details and paperwork, guiding units from the request to final delivery.

Total Life Cycle Sustainment & Readiness

Procurement via NOBLE goes beyond simple hardware distribution; we provide a total lifecycle sustainment solution directly on the ground.

Ancillary Services: Through their contract framework, NOBLE can bundle the initial hardware purchase with necessary incidental services, such as local system testing and initial equipment setup.

Operational Readiness: By serving as a single point of contact for parts fulfillment, replacement modules, and specialized technical services, NOBLE keeps UAS training and operational programs in Korea functioning without long overseas downtime.
