Luke Ritter Joins NOBLE as VP of Strategic Partnerships and Vendor Management

On June 23rd, Amy Coyne, Chief Revenue Officer, announced that Luke Ritter has joined NOBLE as the company's Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Vendor Management. She welcomed him, stating, "Luke has an impressive career and brings enormous expertise to the team. I am excited to have him lead SPVM as we work to expand the crucial role that this team has within the organization."

Luke Ritter is the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Vendor Management at NOBLE.

In his role, Mr. Ritter will lead NOBLE's vendor management team, pursuing and strengthening partnerships with leading manufacturers and technology providers across aerospace, C5ISR, CBRNE, expeditionary, MRO, and tactical markets. These vendor partnerships are crucial to delivering innovative solutions and providing global support to NOBLE’s military, government, and private sector customers, ensuring their mission readiness, efficiency, and success.

Mr. Ritter brings a wealth of experience, including senior executive assignments at multiple defense contractors. As Chief Executive Officer at Fraser Optics and Advanced Defense Technologies Inc., he led defense manufacturing firms that produced military-grade technology supporting combat operations. While CEO at Trident Global Partners, Mr. Ritter merged his firm with Ridge Global and joined forces with The Honorable Tom Ridge, the first U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security and former Governor of Pennsylvania. As Executive Vice President at Ridge Global, he had responsibility for leading the Risk Management practice. Mr. Ritter had responsibility for all international sales activities as the Vice President of Business Development and GM Middle East at HALO Maritime Defense.

In addition to these roles, Mr. Ritter is an accomplished author. He co-authored Securing Global Transportation Networks (McGraw Hill), which was selected by the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS) as its 'Book of the Month.' He has been published and quoted in Security Management, Maritime Executive, Directors Monthly, Journal of Commerce, Oil & Gas News, Cargo Security International, and USCG Proceedings. He is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and holds an MBA from Old Dominion University. As a former Surface Warfare Officer in the U.S. Navy, he is a veteran of the First Gulf War and Operation Gothic Serpent in Somalia.
