Under Amy Coyne's leadership, the high-touch customer solutions team sources cutting-edge solutions and provides subject matter expertise in products, training, and services. From the generation of requirements through installation or fielding, training, and asset management, the team guides customers with procurement, choice of contract vehicle, and all aspects of customized readiness support through NOBLE's multi-award contracts with DLA and GSA.
Amy has over 25 years of experience in the defense industry and has held several leadership roles. As Chief Executive Officer of Revision Military Ltd, Amy led one of the largest suppliers of ballistic and laser protective eyewear to U.S. and Allied militaries and law enforcement agencies globally. In this role, she was responsible for establishing the strategic vision, overseeing the operation, and executing the business growth objectives for Revision. Amy has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Wild Things, LLC, and Vice President of the Organizational Clothing and Individual Equipment ("OCIE") Market with ADS Inc. At ADS, she was responsible for the entire OCIE market category, setting the strategic vision and developing executable plans. Before ADS, Amy was the President and CEO of Propper International, where she led one of the largest official apparel and gear suppliers to the U.S. Armed Forces, manufacturing over 120 million garments for the U.S. DoD - Army, Air Force, Navy, Marines, Coast Guard, and Special Forces and law enforcement and tactical retail stores across the country.
Amy's professional journey is underpinned by a solid educational foundation. She graduated from Philadelphia College of Textiles & Science with a Bachelor of Science in Textile Engineering and holds a Master of Science in Textile Technology from the Institute of Textile Technology. Amy's technical expertise and extensive industry experience position her as a leader who navigates the complexities of the defense industry with confidence. Amy and her family reside in Virginia, where she serves her community as a board member of the Girl Scouts of the Colonial Coast. She enjoys the outdoors with her dogs, Sadie and Cali, and also finds time for her passions, gardening and cooking.
