Under Pat's leadership, the high-touch customer solutions team sources cutting-edge solutions and provides subject matter expertise in products, training, and services. From requirements generation through installation or fielding, training, and asset management, the team guides customers on requirement development, procurement, selection of contract vehicles, and all aspects of customized readiness support through NOBLE's contracts with DLA and GSA.

Pat has held multiple roles with NOBLE since joining the company in 2021, first working within NOBLE's CBRNE Domain, then as Vice President of CBRNE, and subsequently becoming Senior Vice President of NOBLE's six domains before his current role.

Pat is a highly experienced professional in Navy/Army Special Operations Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) and Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosive (CBRNE) programs. Before joining NOBLE, he was the Director of CBRN/EOD/RAS Programs and Business Development at Federal Resources Supply Company. His previous industry positions include Senior Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Program Analyst, Senior CBRNE Military Systems Analyst at Engility Corporation, and Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Program Analyst at Booz Allen Hamilton. Pat also spent 10 years in a federal civilian role with the U.S. Army as Division Chief – Explosive Ordnance Disposal and CBRNE, in addition to his 30-year career of military service in the U.S. Navy.

Pat received his bachelor's degree from New York Regents College, majoring in Technology Management, and an associate's degree in Technical Training from National University. He has completed extensive training and certifications from the U.S. Navy, the Defense Acquisition University, and the USAF NCO Academy, among others. He is the recipient of numerous awards, including the CBRNE Ancient Order of the Dragon (AOOD) Award, the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, the Joint Service Achievement Medal, five Navy Commendation Medals, and two Navy Achievement Medals.
